No worries, I haven't been run over by a reindeer. Just busy. I promise full updates on my 20-miler, Christmas, and whatever else I feel like writing about later tonight.
I was here once before, but just rediscovered your blog. Loved the spit post (reminds me of some rules I had once, like "Always check to see that it's actually water you're pouring over your head"). I just posted an old fave running tune, too. Good luck on the 20 miler, the high mileage week and the marathon!
