So, you know my planned 4, 3, and 2-milers? Yeah, I guess I'm enjoying the vaycay a little TOO much. They didn't happen. (And let's not even talk about how much junk food I've eaten....) So it's now Thursday and I just barely got done running a 4-miler. Four miles. That's it. For the entire week. Talk about a taper week, eh?
Needless to say I'm just a little bit worried about the half-marathon in two days. I really wanted to run it at a 10:00 pace, but now who knows?!?!
What do you think? Can I still run it that fast(slow)?
Yes, I totally think that you can, because you are amazing. You are going to KILL your old time! I can't wait to hear about it!
